Qualifications

• JD degree and active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Proven Lemon Law experience along with general & commercial litigation.
• Strong knowledge of procedural laws governing depositions and trial preparation.
• Proficiency in legal research platforms LexisNexis and Westlaw.
• Excellent writing skills and ability to communicate complex legal concepts to clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of Lemon Law cases from client consultations to litigation.
• Conduct legal research to support case strategies.
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, settlement agreements, and contracts.
• Prepare for and participate in depositions, hearings, and trials.
• Negotiate settlements and maintain thorough case records.
