Job summary

Viper Staffing Services L.L.C. is seeking a Lemon Law (Litigation) Attorney licensed in Florida for a remote role statewide. The position requires 2-10+ years of lemon law firm experience and a JD.

You will manage all phases of lemon law cases, perform legal research using LexisNexis and Westlaw, draft pleadings and motions, prepare for depositions and trials, and negotiate settlements while keeping clients informed.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and Florida bar license.
• 2–10+ years of Lemon Law and general & commercial litigation experience.
• Strong knowledge of procedural laws governing depositions and trial preparation.
• Proficiency with LexisNexis and Westlaw for research.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client communication skills.
• Familiarity with personal injury and employment law is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of Lemon Law cases, from client intake to resolution.
• Perform legal research to support case strategy.
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, settlements, and contracts.
• Prepare for depositions, hearings, and trial proceedings.
• Negotiate settlements in clients' best interests.
• Maintain case files and ensure procedural compliance.
• Explain case developments clearly to clients.
• Collaborate on related litigation matters as needed.
• Stay updated on evolving statutes and case law.
• Contribute to the firm's broader litigation efforts.
