Job summary

Balboa Travel, Inc. is seeking an experienced Operations Manager (Leisure Travel) to lead travel advisors and ICs remotely across the US. You will ensure operational excellence, guide sales strategy with leadership, and enforce booking policies using our core systems.

You will manage daily workflows, oversee data accuracy in bookings, and drive adoption of new booking tools. This role requires industry experience, strong communication, and remote leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• Leisure travel operations management experience is required.
• Hands-on experience with Sabre GDS and TRES/ClientBase CRM.
• Ability to manage and support a remote network of advisors and ICs.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills for cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the daily contact for travel advisors and ICs.
• Ensure smooth daily workflows and enforce booking policies.
• Oversee booking procedures with the TRES CRM system.
• Lead rollout and adoption of new tools and booking platforms.
• Ensure training and compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with leadership to drive preferred partner sales.
