Job summary

Aldridge Pite, LLP is seeking an Operations Specialist III – Quality Assurance to independently review work product for accuracy, compliance, and client requirements across filings, reports, and supporting documentation.

The role emphasizes detailed audits, timely corrections, and clear audit logs, with opportunities to contribute to quality control improvements and training, while supporting remote work arrangements for most positions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 5+ years of Default/Foreclosure/Title knowledge required.
• BKFS, Tempo and Equator experience highly preferred.
• Proficiency with Excel and other Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to type at least 60 WPM.

Responsibilities

• Review filings, pleadings, reports, affidavits, and supporting documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Verify deadlines, jurisdictional requirements, formatting standards, and disclosures prior to submission.
• Identify errors or gaps and make necessary corrections.
• Maintain detailed audit logs and quality tracking reports.
• Escalate material compliance risks or repeated deficiencies to leadership.
