Wilson Elser is seeking a Legal Auditor to join a national team supporting Quality Assurance and Client Audit Services. You will review active files to capture key data points and address issues related to file handling, ideally transitioning from an active practice.

The role involves reviewing documents in cloud systems, capturing dates, evaluating processes, and contributing to calibration efforts. A paralegal background is not required; candidacy tracks toward a seasoned litigator seeking a

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• 5+ years of litigation experience.
• Insurance defense preferred but not required.
• Auditing experience at an insurance carrier is a plus.
• License not required but must have been in good standing when lapsed.
• Self-starter with acute attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong analytical and written communication skills.
• Discretion with confidential information and familiarity with ESI/document management systems.

Responsibilities

• Capture dates accurately.
• Evaluate file handling, identify opportunities for improvement.
