Job summary

Fish & Richardson, a premier global IP law firm, seeks a Legal Pricing Financial Analyst to join The Hub, our remote-first pricing team. You will master pricing operations, prepare reports, and support client pricing in line with contracts and internal guidelines.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with strong analytical skills; proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, lookup), SQL, and VBA is a plus. Some travel to Minneapolis for training may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum GPA of 3.5
• Preferred prior experience in problem solving, analysis, and reporting
• Ability to learn quickly, multitask, stay organized, and manage projects end-to-end
• Willingness to travel to Minneapolis for training and occasionally for meetings

Responsibilities

• Master pricing fundamentals and related operations
• Prepare and analyze reports to ensure data integrity in financial systems
• Implement and support client pricing per contracts and guidelines
• Respond to pricing inquiries from internal teams, attorneys, and clients
• Provide financial analysis for practice groups and firm operations
• Produce monthly and quarterly management reports and presentations
• Grow knowledge of the firm’s financial management over time
