Harbor is seeking a Legal Knowledge & Research Manager to lead a high-performing Library and Research team in support of a large law client. The role focuses on client engagement, research quality, and operations across digital resources and platforms.

This fully remote, full-time position emphasizes strategic oversight, innovation in AI-powered research tools, and collaboration with IT and knowledge management teams to enhance service delivery for attorneys and clients.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Library and Information Science (MLIS) or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience providing legal research, competitive intelligence, or knowledge services in a law firm, professional services, or corporate environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagement and outreach to anticipate research needs and deliver value.
• Supervise and develop a research team, including training and performance evaluations.
• Oversee research quality, budgeting, and vendor relations to ensure efficient service delivery.
