Job summary

Alert Communications is seeking a Part-Time Remote Intake Specialist for the legal services sector. You will evaluate and qualify incoming inquiries, deliver compassionate customer care, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience from the very first call.

This role requires Texas residency, weekend availability, and prior experience in customer service or related fields. Bilingual Spanish-English is a plus, and you will work from a home office with a dedicated setup.

Qualifications

• Location: Must reside in Texas.
• Availability: Must work one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) and be available for Holidays.
• Experience in customer service, call centers, sales or hospitality (legal industry preferred).
• Technical skills: Proficiency using computers and multiple screens/systems.
• Typing speed: Minimum of 35 WPM.
• Maintain high productivity, accuracy, and reliability standards by utilizing your time and system tools effectively.
• Bilingual (Spanish and English) is a plus!
