Job description

Intake Specialist - Law Firm

Our client is looking for an Intake Specialist to assist prospective clients in their inbound call center. This is a personal injury law firm in Atlanta, GA.

100% remote position
Schedule - mid-shift, 4 weekdays, 1 weekend day (40 hours a week)
Compensation - $40k + bonus

Responsibilities

  1. Interviewing prospective clients by phone and email to become familiar with their cases
  2. Conducting basic research to investigate whether prospective clients’ claims have merit
  3. Evaluating prospective clients’ claims to determine whether they’re in line with the areas of practice and experience of the firm
  4. Scheduling initial consultation appointments with attorneys for promising potential candidates
  5. Onboarding new clients by filling out necessary paperwork and putting together initial case files
  6. Entering client information into computer systems

Experience

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center or sales environment
  • Personal injury experience preferred
  • Strong job tenure - minimum of 3 years' experience working at the same place of employment
  • Proficiency with Windows-based software and Microsoft Office Suite
