Job summary

RemoteLeads is seeking an experienced reviewer of legal, commercial, and contract documents for an independent contractor role. You will assess work products for accuracy, identify gaps, and provide structured feedback using defined criteria.

The position is fully remote across the United States with hourly compensation between $80 and $160. Projects vary in scope and duration, with weekly payments based on services rendered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• 2+ years of professional experience in legal, commercial, compliance, contracts, or related field.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, document review, and evaluation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Attention to detail with ability to identify errors and gaps.
• Familiarity with MSAs, NDAs, SOWs, licensing, vendor, or partnership agreements.

Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate legal, commercial, compliance, and contract-related documents.
• Assess work products for accuracy, completeness, clarity, and relevance.
• Identify errors, omissions, inconsistencies, contractual risks, and improvement areas.
• Provide objective, structured feedback using defined evaluation criteria.
• Apply professional judgment and domain expertise to complex materials.
• Compare documents against standards, requirements, and best practices.
• Document findings and recommendations clearly and concisely.
• Follow project guidelines consistently while meeting quality and turnaround expectations.
• Work independently across projects with varying scope, duration, and workload.
