Job summary

Stryker Corporation seeks experienced legal professionals to join DataAnnotation as contract contributors. You will evaluate AI-generated legal responses, annotate outputs, and craft expert-level answers for training AI models in research, contract analysis, and statutory interpretation.

This fully remote, project-based role offers pay of $50-$100+ per hour with bonus rates on some projects, and the flexibility to work from anywhere in the United States, Canada, the UK, or Australia.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated legal experience (litigation, corporate/transactional, compliance, or similar).
• Strong written communication and ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy, clarity, and professional appropriateness.
• Annotate and rank model outputs to guide AI training and improvement.
• Write clear, expert-level answers to legal questions that serve as training examples.
• Flag errors and provide corrective guidance.
• Maintain consistent quality and throughput across the sprint engagement.
