Job summary

NACBA is seeking experienced legal professionals to join as contract contributors. You will review, annotate, and improve AI-generated responses related to legal research, contract analysis, and statutory/case law interpretation in a fully remote setting.

This role emphasizes practical legal expertise over credentials, with flexible project-based work and pay in the $50–$100+ per hour range. You can work from the United States, Canada, the UK, or Australia, coordinating with our distributed team.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated legal experience (litigation, corporate/transactional, compliance, or similar).
• J.D. and bar admission not required; practical legal expertise matters.
• Strong written communication; ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote, self-directed environment.

Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate AI-generated legal prompts for accuracy, clarity, and professionalism.
• Annotate and rank model outputs to guide AI training and improvement.
• Write clear, expert-level answers to legal questions for training examples.
• Flag errors or ambiguities and provide corrective guidance.
• Maintain consistent quality and throughput across the sprint engagement.
