Qualifications

• Two to five years of experience in talent development or educational training
• Understanding of effective training methodologies and adult learners
• Must be able to pass background check
• Proficiency with MS Office 365 and web tools

Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging training materials for employees, customers, and partners
• Conduct virtual and on-site training sessions for teachers, administrators, employees, customers, and partners
• Collaborate with SMEs and product managers to develop training content
• Assess training needs and measure program effectiveness using feedback and metrics
• Stay current on product updates and industry trends to keep content relevant
• Support adoption and usage strategies for products and services
• Assist in instructor and leadership program development and implementation
