Job summary

The State of Delaware's Division of Water is seeking a Lean Continuous Improvement Manager to lead continuous improvement initiatives that optimize processes, improve regulatory performance, and enhance transparency and customer service.

The role requires Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification and several years' experience in process improvement, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. Telework is available under the State's policy.

Qualifications

• Completion of Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and projects.
• Identify opportunities, plan improvements, define change, and measure results.
• Collaborate with customers, process owners, management and end users to map processes and improve workflows.
• Develop performance metrics, tracking tools, and reports to monitor impact.
