Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Physically located within the United States.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Have a reliable computer and high‑speed internet.
• Webcam and microphone capability.
• Quiet, professional home workspace.
• Comfortable communicating through Zoom and phone.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
• Be willing to obtain the Life & Health Insurance License.

Responsibilities

• Meet clients through scheduled Zoom and phone consultations.
• Assist eligible clients with applications and enrollment.
• Explain life, accident, and health insurance options.
• Provide needs-based recommendations after licensing.
• Maintain client records and follow-up contact.
• Participate in onboarding, training, and mentorship.
• Support leadership development through coaching and team activities.
