Job summary

EasyLlama is recruiting a Staff Product Designer to own the design and optimization of its core platform experiences. This high‑impact IC role reports to the VP of Product and drives end‑to‑end platform improvements across Compliance Training, Security Awareness, and AI-powered authoring.

You’ll workshop with senior stakeholders, craft foundational design systems, and embed AI‑driven recommendations to boost activation, engagement, and expansion.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product design experience in multi‑product, B2B SaaS platforms.
• Proven ability to define and drive measurable product outcomes (adoption, engagement, retention, expansion).
• Experience with AI-powered product experiences and AI tooling (Lovable, Figma Make, etc.).
• Strong systems thinking across complex, multi‑surface products.
• Ability to partner with UX Research to validate hypotheses using data.

Responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end systems that drive customer value (onboarding, discovery, assignment flows, cross‑product expansion).
• Define interaction models for platform‑level systems beyond UI layers.
• Translate complex platform architecture into clear, intuitive experiences.
• Own simplification of platform UX to create cohesive multi‑product experiences.
• Embed AI workflows and actionable guidance into the product.
