Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience in leadership, marketing, communications, consulting or related fields.
• Ability to communicate confidently and build professional relationships.
• Demonstrated strategic thinking, initiative, judgment and follow-through.
• Comfort using CRM and digital tools; independent, self-directed work ethic.
• Willingness to follow established processes and grow through mentorship.
