Job summary

Sabre BTS is looking for independent contractors as Assessors to deliver leadership assessment solutions. This role is primarily remote and requires an advanced degree in psychology or related field. Candidates should have demonstrated experience in assessment centers and behavioral interviews, along with strong written communication skills. With a focus on flexibility, assessors will engage in project-based work that may include domestic travel depending on client needs.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience with assessment centers for development and/or selection.
• Experience conducting behavioral interviews and/or role-play simulations.
• Ability to communicate complex information effectively.
