Job summary

BTS is seeking a BCBA to design and supervise ABA programs for children with autism, delivering therapy and overseeing BCaBA and Behavior Interventionists. The role includes assessments, goal writing, and data analysis under Clinical Director guidance.

You will train mid-level supervisors, collaborate with families, and provide telehealth or clinic sessions with a remote-friendly schedule; California licensing considerations apply.

Qualifications

• Availability for a consistent weekly schedule in the afternoons/evenings.
• Willingness to travel to clients' homes.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• California Driver’s license if in-person/hybrid work.
• Reliable transportation and automobile insurance.
• Master's degree in ABA or related field.
• BCBA certification.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement ABA programs for clients with autism and related needs.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to tailor ABA plans.
• Directly deliver individual and group ABA sessions to achieve treatment goals.
• Train and supervise mid-level supervisors/BCaBA and direct care staff, reviewing progress and adjusting plans.
• Conduct assessments, write goals, analyze data, and produce progress reports under Clinical Director guidance.
• Perform Functional Behavior Assessments using standardized tools.
• Develop and oversee behavioral plans and adaptive skills development.
• Provide behavioral consultations to families and schools.
