Placements24 is seeking a Lead UX/UI Designer for a flagship mobile wellness application. You will drive the end-to-end design process, from researching user needs to high-fidelity prototyping and UI design, collaborating with a global team.

The role requires 6+ years in UX/UI for mobile, a strong portfolio, and proficiency in Figma/Sketch/Adobe XD. You will mentor designers and help shape a product that supports healthy lifestyle journeys.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Design, HCI, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 6+ years of UX/UI design with mobile focus.
• Proven track record leading design projects and delivering user-centered digital products.
• Strong portfolio with UX research, wireframes, prototypes, and mobile visual design.
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision.
• Strong knowledge of iOS and Android design patterns.
• Excellent communication and collaboration, including remote teams.
• Passion for health, fitness and digital wellness is a plus.

Our client, a fast-growing tech startup revolutionizing the digital wellness space, is seeking a talented and experienced Lead UX/UI Designer to spearhead the design efforts for their flagship mobile application. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere while collaborating with a passionate, globally distributed team. You will be responsible for crafting intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing user experiences that empower users on their wellness journeys. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design process for the wellness application, from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping and UI design.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 6+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a significant focus on mobile application design.
• Proven track record of leading design projects and delivering successful, user-centered digital products.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design for mobile apps.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, etc.
• Excellent understanding of mobile design patterns and platform guidelines (iOS and Android).
• Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
• Experience working in an agile development environment and collaborating with remote teams.
