Job summary

Entegris seeks a Lead, Technical Program Manager for ADM who can drive NPI from concept to high-volume production. You will align BD, R&D, Engineering, Operations and Manufacturing to deliver ADM products meeting performance and scalability goals.

Remote role available for states Entegris operates in, including IL. Responsibilities include managing milestones, mitigating risks, and delivering data-driven decisions while protecting sensitive information to preserve competitive advantage.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in chemistry, engineering, materials science or related field.
8+ years of direct experience with technical projects and engineering workflows.
Experience with advanced deposition technologies or semiconductor manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

Drive New Product Introductions from concept through release to high-volume manufacturing.
Define, track, manage and report NPI milestones (sampling, development, HVM).
Identify and mitigate technical and execution risks across development and execution phases.
Coordinate cross-functional execution to meet customer requirements, quality and scale.
Drive standardization of product development processes, tools and best practices.
Identify process gaps and implement improvements to increase efficiency and quality.
