The role collaborates with Legal, Finance, and Information Security to ensure compliant, favorable terms and smooth execution across domestic and international contracts. Remote work is available with a 9/80 schedule; leadership duties include coaching teams, governing contract lifecycles, and driving risk mitigation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience.
• Graduate Degree with at least 7 years of related experience; otherwise 13 years without a degree.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with stakeholders to identify contract requirements and select contract vehicles.
• Negotiate terms to minimize risk and maximize revenue; obtain approvals for negotiation and execution.
• Manage drafting and negotiation to prevent delays and ensure timely reviews.
• Maintain contract repositories and ensure documentation of negotiation activities.
• Advise on contractual and business matters, including audits and mergers/acquisitions.
