You will mentor engineers and data scientists, drive cloud-native architectures, and partner with product leaders to turn innovative ideas into real-world applications using LLMs, automation, and AI

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering with demonstrated technical leadership.
• Experience building and delivering large-scale, production-grade software platforms.
• Strong backend development expertise with Python, Java, or similar languages.
• Experience designing distributed systems and cloud-native applications.
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical initiatives from architecture through deployment.
• Experience working in agile environments with frequent delivery and iteration.
• Hands-on experience deploying AI, ML, or generative AI in production.
• Familiarity with LLMs and modern AI architectures.
• Knowledge of AI orchestration and model-serving platforms.
• Experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure).
• Familiarity with embeddings, vector databases, OCR, and intelligent document processing.
• Background in data engineering, data science, or MLOps.
• Experience building APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
• Experience operating in regulated enterprise environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical lead for strategic AI initiatives, driving architecture and engineering excellence.
• Design and build scalable, secure, cloud-native AI platforms and services.
• Architect solutions leveraging generative AI, LLMs, intelligent document processing, and data-driven apps.
• Lead design reviews, code reviews, and technical planning efforts.
• Establish engineering standards and reusable frameworks for scale.
• Provide technical guidance across the full software lifecycle.
• Build end-to-end AI solutions including APIs, microservices, data pipelines, and evaluation frameworks.
• Partner with platform, infra, and DevOps to ensure scalable, observable, cost-efficient solutions.
• Drive execution from concept to production in an agile delivery environment.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies to accelerate innovation and business value.
