Job summary

EPAM Systems seeks an experienced Lead Solution Architect to design and scale end-to-end architectures for P&C insurance operations, with a focus on Guidewire solutions.

You will drive cloud adoption, integration across platforms, and leadership of engineering teams, leveraging AI to enhance underwriting, claims, and customer service. This remote role requires strategic vision and strong communication across global delivery teams.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years IT experience with 6–10 years in Guidewire configuration and integration.
• Deep knowledge of P&C insurance operations (Policy, Claims, Billing).
• Proficiency in Gosu, Java, REST/SOAP, Spring Boot, Docker, Kubernetes; cloud platforms AWS/Azure; CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end architectures addressing complex business requirements.
• Define technical standards, patterns and best practices enterprise-wide.
• Lead API, microservices and integration strategies across platforms.
• Mentor developers and engineering teams on architecture and delivery practices.
• Leverage Generative AI to enhance underwriting, claims processing and customer service.
