Red Seal Recruiting is seeking a Lead Software Engineer for a fully remote role. You will provide technical leadership across core subsystems of our simulation software platform and guide architectural decisions to deliver high-quality features.

You will champion modern engineering practices, lead delivery of complex capabilities, and safeguard the long-term health of the codebase with significant autonomy.

Qualifications

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
At least 5 years of desktop software development experience.
Experience with simulation software or modeling domains is a plus.
Proficiency in C14+ and Windows desktop development.

Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership across core subsystems of the simulation platform.
