Qualifications

• Significant experience in Site Reliability Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience supporting production systems with scale, latency, or availability requirements.
• Deep understanding of observability, capacity planning, and reliability engineering.

Responsibilities

• Establish performance baselines for critical workflows across services.
• Define and maintain SLOs, error budgets, dashboards, alerts, and reliability thresholds.
• Instrument and analyze full request paths across compute, storage, networks, and databases.
• Identify bottlenecks and lead cross-functional remediation with engineering teams.
• Build capacity models to forecast scale and cost impacts.
• Lead load, stress, soak, spike, and recovery testing in representative environments.
• Develop runbooks for scale-up events, incidents, and rollback procedures.
