Job summary

Centene Corporation is seeking a remote Quality professional to identify performance trends and develop strategic programs for Medicare Stars. You will partner with product teams to ensure quality requirements are embedded in strategy, benefits, and member engagement solutions.

Preferred candidates have Medicare Stars experience and a strong background in healthcare quality, leading cross-functional improvements that boost member outcomes and rating systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience with 5+ years in healthcare quality.
• Experience with STARS, QRS, and HPRS is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify quality data trends and develop strategic improvement programs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to determine root causes and implement solutions.
• Lead implementation of programs to improve quality rating systems.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills

Medicare quality experience

Quality program analysis

Lean Six Sigma or CPHQ preferred

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Public Health, Health Administration, Business Administration, related field, or equivalent experience
