Job summary

Memorial Hermann is seeking a senior analytics leader to guide the Quality and Patient Safety data program. You will oversee data strategy, BI delivery, and regulatory reporting to drive high-quality care across the system.

You will manage a team responsible for data collection, modeling, dashboards, and insights for quality outcomes such as mortality, readmission, and safety metrics, partnering with executives to enable data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of analytics and information systems experience in a healthcare setting.
• Three years of supervisory/leadership experience.
• Experience deploying operational reporting/BI solutions in complex health systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead data strategy for Quality and Patient Safety across Memorial Hermann.
• Oversee development, validation, and delivery of analytic solutions and dashboards.
• Collaborate with executives and ISD to ensure data assets meet strategic needs.
• Manage data quality, processes, and standards across teams.
• Drive data-driven decision making through reliable reporting and insights.
