Job summary

Colorado Psychiatric is seeking an experienced school or clinical psychologist to join as Lead Psychologist for Expedited Reports. This remote, contract role focuses on writing, interpretation, editing, and quality review of psychoeducational reports for districts nationwide, with about 30–40 hours per week.

The Lead will interpret complex assessments, ensure eligibility criteria (ED, AU, SLD) are supported, edit templates, and provide feedback.

Qualifications

• Licensed or credentialed School Psychologist with school-based assessment experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of psychoeducational or psychological evaluation experience.
• Strong interpretation skills across cognitive, academic, speech, autism, adaptive behavior, and executive functioning assessments.
• Experience with interpretation frameworks and methodologies such as C-SEP, X-BASS, and PSW.
• Ability to synthesize data across multiple sources and identify discrepancies in reports.

Responsibilities

• Edit and review psychoeducational and psychological evaluation reports using assessment data and district information.
• Interpret results and translate findings into clear narratives for districts.
• Apply school-based eligibility criteria (ED, AU, SLD) in reporting.
• Identify inconsistencies, errors, or missing information before finalizing reports.
• Work with district report templates and formatting requirements.
• Assist with developing and improving psychoeducational report templates.
• Provide feedback on reports written by team members.
• Follow detailed templates and quality-control procedures.
