Job summary

Expedited Reports is seeking a Lead Psychologist to supervise the writing and quality review of psychoeducational and psychological reports for school districts nationwide. This role emphasizes interpretation skills, template-driven reporting, and adherence to district requirements.

The candidate should have strong attention to detail, exceptional writing abilities, and experience with a broad range of assessments. Remote contract position, 30–40 hours/week.

Qualifications

• Licensed or credentialed psychologist with substantial school-based assessment experience.
• Minimum 3 years conducting/interpreting psychoeducational or psychological evaluations.
• Strong interpretation skills across cognitive, academic, and behavioral measures.
• Experience with PSW, C-SEP, and X-BASS methodologies and templates.
• Familiarity with district eligibility criteria for AU, ED, and SLD.

Responsibilities

• Edit and review psychoeducational and psychological reports using test data and clinician notes.
• Interpreting assessment results and translating findings into clear narratives.
• Apply eligibility criteria (AU, ED, SLD) in reports to support decisions.
• Identify discrepancies, missing information, and data quality issues.
• Work with diverse report templates and district requirements.
• Contribute to template development and reporting efficiency.
• Provide feedback on colleague reports and maintain quality control.
• Follow detailed templates and procedures; work during standard hours.
• Occasionally use AI-assisted tools like BastionGPT in workflows.
