Job summary

Expedited Reports seeks an experienced psychologist to lead psychoeducational report writing for districts nationwide. This is a remote, contract role with flexible hours (approximately 30–40 hours per week) and a focus on accurate interpretation and high-quality narratives.

The Lead Psychologist will edit, interpret, and review reports, apply eligibility criteria, and contribute to template development while maintaining strict quality standards and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed/credentialed psychologist with substantial school-based assessment experience.
• Minimum of 3 years conducting/ interpreting psychoeducational evaluations.
• Strong interpretation skills and experience with evaluation frameworks (e.g., PSW, C-SEP).
• Ability to synthesize data across multiple sources and adhere to district templates.

Responsibilities

• Edit and review psychoeducational/psychological reports using evaluation data and records.
• Accurately interpret results and translate findings into clear narratives.
• Apply eligibility criteria (ED, AU) and identify data gaps or inconsistencies.
• Follow district templates and quality-control procedures; provide feedback on reports.
• Develop and revise psychoeducational report templates to improve clarity.
• Assist with AI-assisted tools within established workflows.
