Job summary

The Wikimedia Foundation seeks a Lead Product Partnerships Manager on a fixed term contract to expand Wikipedia’s product reach through strategic technology partnerships. You will drive high‑level collaborations, design pilots for attribution, and coordinate across teams to maintain a robust partner pipeline.

This role requires strong independence, existing industry connections, and excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Proven experience forming and managing high‑level partnerships with independence and strategic vision.
• Strong connections across media/tech ecosystems, including AI, social, EdTech platforms.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with ability to influence diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new technology partnerships that align with P&T goals.
• Design pilots to drive content attribution and collaboration with partners.
• Coordinate cross‑departmentally to maintain a partner/opportunity pipeline.
• Draft LOIs/MOUs and manage CRM and pitch materials.
• Represent WMF at conferences and industry events to scout opportunities.
