Formación

• 7+ years in product management
• Experience leading high-quality product development with agile methods
• Experience using user research, usability testing, and data analytics to inform decisions
• Strong product judgment for prototyping, experimentation, and direction changes
• Experience developing roadmaps and feature specs, plus giving constructive feedback
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management, incorporating feedback when needed
• Ability to facilitate discussions, navigate decisions, and trade-offs
• Delivery management day-to-day while aligning with long-term vision
• Identify product challenges and advocate for resource/scope changes
• Experience linking team priorities to broader org strategy and AI tools awareness
