Qualifications

• 7-10 years of product management experience delivering outcomes at scale.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead Submissions Manager vision and long-term strategy.
• Own adoption/activation strategy and roadmap alignment across teams.
• Prioritize research, validate hypotheses, and guide direction with leadership.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution across design, eng, marketing, and ops.
• Track metrics and communicate strategy to executives.
