Job summary

IVANS Insurance Solutions, a leading provider of insurance technology, is seeking a Lead Product Manager to own the Submissions Manager platform within Applied Epic. Remote US role with a focus on driving product vision, strategy, and measurable business outcomes for a complex B2B workflow.

You will lead cross-functional teams, mentor product managers, and emphasize user research, analytics, and strong written communication to influence senior leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of product management experience owning strategy and delivering outcomes at scale for a product or product suite.
• Deep empathy for users with strong user research, discovery, and synthesis.
• Strong analytical skills with instrumentation and data-driven storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the product vision and long-term strategy for Submissions Manager, grounding decisions in user needs and platform positioning.
• Own adoption and activation strategies, driving behavior change at scale.
• Identify and prioritize research initiatives with users and design partners to guide direction.
• Oversee cross-functional execution across design, engineering, product marketing, customer experience, and operations.
• Lead execution in a multi-team environment, removing roadblocks with minimal oversight.
• Identify integration opportunities with adjacent Applied product areas to align roadmaps.
• Own roadmap prioritization and product requirements ensuring a deep shared understanding across teams.
• Define and track key metrics and communicate strategy to executives.
