Job summary

Applied Systems is seeking a Director, Product Marketing — Agency to lead strategy, GTM, and team leadership for the agency segment within the Epic and EZLynx portfolio. You will partner with Product Management, Sales, and Customer Success to drive growth across enterprise SaaS offerings.

You’ll manage a team including a Manager, a Lead PMM, and senior ICs, shaping positioning, launch processes, and AI-enabled marketing practices in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years in B2B product marketing
• 3-5+ years of people management experience including senior ICs or managers
• Proven track record leading PMM strategy for a major product line or enterprise SaaS

Responsibilities

• Set the product marketing strategy for the agency segment.
• Own positioning, narrative, and market direction for agency buyers across Epic and EZLynx.
• Lead, develop, and grow a team of product marketers.
• Govern the launch process across the agency portfolio with cross-functional alignment.
• Partner with Sales Enablement and CX to drive pipeline and adoption.
• Drive competitive intelligence and market insights for the agency segment.
• Advise on roadmap, positioning, and pricing decisions for the agency portfolio.
• Own reporting on marketing-influenced metrics and refine GTM strategy.
