Job summary

Cisco is seeking a Lead Product Designer for Cisco Cloud Control, a unified, AI-first enterprise platform tying together multiple Cisco products. You’ll guide design strategy from strategy and prototyping to execution, shaping scalable experiences that boost usability, consistency, and trust across the portfolio.

You will mentor and work with product managers, engineers, and researchers to deliver cohesive end-to-end journeys, focusing on AI-driven workflows and scalable design systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of related experience, Master’s degree with 6+ years of related experience, or PhD with 3+ years of related experience.
• Experience designing complex enterprise platform experiences that connect multiple products or services.
• Experience designing and shipping AI-powered or AI-native product experiences where AI meaningfully shapes the end-user workflow.
• Experience in interaction design, information architecture, and visual design for complex enterprise or technical environments.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Research teams from concept through delivery, including influencing product or design decisions across teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve platform frameworks and patterns that connect multiple Cisco products.
• Define and deliver AI-powered, agentic, and generative UI experiences across the platform.
• Apply enterprise platform thinking to create modular, extensible systems that scale across products and use cases.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Research partners to influence product direction and deliver cohesive end-to-end journeys.
• Champion strong interaction design, visual craft, prototyping, and design storytelling while helping raise the bar for product quality and execution.
• Use AI-assisted design and prototyping workflows to rapidly explore concepts, test ideas, accelerate iteration, and communicate complex platform experiences.
