Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in K-12 policy or related field.
• Ability to frame problems and prioritize research.
• Sophisticated command of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies.
• Experience tracking state and local policy development.
• Translate findings into strategic priorities and actionable plans.
• Communicate findings to diverse audiences across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the team\'s primary analytical resource for K-12 policy trends across federal, state, and local levels.
• Own tracking and monitoring of state and local legislation and policy.
• Lead projects examining how legislative mandates shape policy action at local, regional, and state levels.
• Translate regional analysis into concrete recommendations for policy engagement.
• Provide clear briefings and frameworks tailored to diverse audiences.
• Represent Great Minds at policy conferences and sector events.
