Job summary

Analog Devices is seeking a highly skilled Navigation & PNT Expert to lead the design, development, integration, and validation of advanced navigation systems. You will leverage GNSS, inertial sensors, and sensor fusion to create robust solutions for defense, commercial, and space applications, with the ability to work remotely from a home office.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in PNT, strong algorithm development experience, and expertise in Kalman filtering, timing, and system-level design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Robotics, Computer Science, Physics, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in PNT, navigation systems, or related domains.
• Strong understanding of GNSS (GPS, Galileo, GLONASS, BeiDou) and augmentation systems; inertial sensors; navigation and sensor‑fusion algorithms; timing systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead GNSS-based navigation systems and multi-sensor fusion architectures.
• Analyze PNT performance in GNSS-denied environments and challenging scenarios (urban canyons, RF-challenged).
• Develop navigation algorithms (EKF/UKF, error‑state filtering) and validate with real data.
• Model and simulate PNT systems to inform design decisions and sensor trade-offs.
• Lead integration and testing in lab and field with representative sensors and platforms.
