Job summary

Exante360, Inc. is seeking a Physical Security Design Manager to oversee mission-critical data center security projects from kickoff to closeout.

You will drive scope, schedule, and quality across design deliverables, coordinate with clients and internal teams, and manage budgets and documentation. The role requires deep experience in low voltage/ICT/security design, BIM methodology, and proficiency with Revit, BIM360, and Bluebeam.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of low voltage/ICT/security design experience in A/E/C industry design packages.
• Strong knowledge of mission critical data center physical security concepts.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of assigned projects from internal handoff through final closeout, ensuring successful delivery across all phases.
• Lead the preparation of high-quality contract documents, including Revit drawings and CSI-format specifications.
• Develop, maintain, and track project schedules and deliverables to ensure on-time execution.
• Collaborate with internal design teams and external stakeholders to coordinate system designs within BIM models.
• Perform QA/QC reviews of team deliverables for accuracy and compliance.
