Job summary

Plain Concepts seeks a Lead Offensive AI Security to shape AI-powered penetration testing and secure software development. You will lead a growing team, work with clients on cutting-edge security challenges, and integrate security into engineering workflows.

The role requires 7+ years in offensive/security testing, hands-on skills with web security, and fluency in Spanish and English. Remote-friendly with opportunities for training and certifications.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Offensive Security, App Security, or Penetration Testing.
• Experience leading technical teams or complex engagements.
• Hands-on security testing for web apps and APIs.
• Knowledge of authentication, authorization, and business logic flaws.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI-powered penetration testing initiatives and develop methodologies.
• Assess web apps, APIs, cloud environments, and AI-enabled systems for risks.
• Evaluate security of LLM-based apps and AI agents, incl. prompt injection and data leakage.
• Drive Secure SDLC and DevSecOps integration into CI/CD pipelines.
• Mentor a multidisciplinary team of offensive security and DevSecOps specialists.
