Job summary

TeamBuilder, the predictive workforce management platform for ambulatory healthcare, seeks an experienced Lead .NET Development Engineer to join our fast-growing startup. This role is FULLY REMOTE, though you must reside in the United States and be legally authorized to work there.

You will drive technical excellence, design and maintain services with C#, .NET, EF, SQL, Redis and Azure, mentor engineers, and collaborate cross-functionally with product and data science teams to deliver reliable,

Qualifications

• Must have a bachelor's degree in CS or software engineering.
• Deep knowledge of software design and microservices architectures.
• 7+ years' professional experience with C#, .NET, EF, SQL, Redis and practical experience with SignalR and distributed event buses.
• 3+ years' experience applying Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
• 3+ years' experience configuring and maintaining Microsoft Azure cloud services.
• Advanced Git skills in multi-developer environments.
• Strong experience with CI/CD, ideally in Microsoft DevOps.

Responsibilities

• Drive technical excellence and standards within the team.
• Develop well written and documented code in existing and new systems.
• Provide ongoing maintenance and support of key infrastructure.
• Create technical documentation to clarify requirements and improve traceability.
• Mentor and develop other engineers.
• Design and apply tests and test automation to minimize defects.
• Advise on architectural choices leveraging prior experience and business goals.
• Participate in sprint planning and stand-up calls to align priorities.
• Communicate status updates timely and clearly.
• Collaborate with product owners, data scientists, business users, project managers and other engineers to meet engineering goals.
• Research and learn new technologies as needed.
• Participate in retrospectives addressing code quality and processes.
