Qualifications

• 10 years of Mainframe Systems Programming experience.
• 2+ years of IT operations context helpful.
• 3–5 years of management experience in related field.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide thought leadership within assigned tower and Business Unit.
• 2. Provide Technical support for SW solutions.
• 3. Provide direction to Team Leaders and resources.
• 4. Conduct client/BU meetings and document outcomes.
• 5. Mentor and guide team members to improve performance.
• 6. Maintain awareness of standards, technologies, or methodologies.
• 7. Manage weekly project documents and align with client activity.
• 8. Oversee ticket queues and aging tickets.
• 9. Perform risk assessment and risk management.
• 10. Conduct quarterly reviews and set annual goals.
• 11. Review and delegate assignments for quality.
• 12. Attend client meetings and coordinate with other departments.
• 13. Develop and pursue personnel and departmental goals.
• 14. Support audits and onboarding of new clients.
• 15. Manage performance and career development for the team.
• 16. Provide mentoring on project management and training coordination.
