The role includes producing thought leadership, representing SOCi at events, and shaping messaging for product and customer success. This remote-friendly opportunity supports a global workforce.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of SEO experience.
• Experience in AEO and GEO.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets experience.
• Proficiency with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMRush and Screaming Frog.

Responsibilities

• Define and refine the company’s SEO narrative grounded in data and signals.
• Translate market intelligence into accessible frameworks for internal/external audiences.
• Collaborate with leadership to align POV with brand strategy and product positioning.
• Maintain a living library of insights, frameworks, and talking points for cross-functional storytelling.
• Develop and maintain an SEO enablement program within Customer Success with playbooks and benchmarks.
• Lead and shape product messaging, roadmap value storytelling, and market trend contextualization.
• Host regular cross-functional updates and training sessions to keep teams aligned.
• Produce thought leadership content: blogs, webinars, video commentary.
