MassGenics, Inc. is seeking a Lead Java Developer / Hands-On Technical Lead to guide enterprise reporting and data integration projects. The role blends technical leadership with active coding across Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and PostgreSQL, while ensuring quality and on-time delivery.

The position is a 6+ month contract, full-time W2, largely remote with work in the New York area. You will mentor engineers, refine backlogs, and support production incidents and data workflows from SAP/non-SAP

Formación

• Extensive experience building enterprise Java applications.
• Proficient in Spring Boot, Angular, REST APIs, and PostgreSQL.
• Proven ability to lead technically while coding.

Responsabilidades

• Lead technical refinement and design analysis before sprint execution.
• Break down backlog items into actionable tasks for the team.
• Develop and support applications using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and PostgreSQL.
• Review designs, code, tests, deployment plans, and production changes.
• Mentor developers and guide across squads.
