Genpact is seeking a Sr. Tech Lead - Application Development JAVA N to lead design and implementation of Java-based applications in a hybrid US role.

You will mentor junior developers, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure high-quality solutions while driving best practices and innovation in Java technologies. This role requires strong Java, APIs, Kafka, and agile experience, with a focus on delivering scalable, modern software in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
• Oracle Certified Java Associate certification is a plus.
• Proficient in Java development, APIs and web development.
