Job summary

SherlockTalent is seeking a Lead Full-Stack Cloud Architect (Senior/Lead) for a 100% remote role with a Miami-based focus. You will own multi-tenant HR platform architecture, decide on AWS or Azure and per-client persistence, and define the containerization strategy for scalable deployments.

You will drive technical decisions with strong trade-offs, aiming to isolate proprietary HR data per client while delivering reliable uptime and robust security in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

7+ years of full-stack architecture ownership across large-scale systems.
Deep AWS or Azure experience with hands-on infrastructure ownership.
Experience in large-scale financial or regulated environments (JPMorgan-caliber) and data isolation discipline.
Experience running different persistence/scaling configurations per client/tenant within one platform.
Strong, defensible opinions on stack choices with trade-off reasoning.

Responsibilities

Define the web client framework and justify the choice.
Design the overall cloud architecture with per-client persistence, load-balancing, authentication, and containerization strategies.
Architect a mission-control backend that isolates client data in silos rather than a shared multi-tenant table.
