Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years software engineering with Salesforce (Apex, LWC, APIs).
• 5+ years architecture of enterprise-scale platforms and distributed systems.
• 5+ years cloud architectures, DevOps, and automation.
• 3+ years influencing technical strategy and driving multi-team delivery.
• 1+ years AI/ML, NLP, LLMs, or advanced analytics in production.

Responsibilities

• Translate business strategy into Salesforce- and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Partner with product leaders to shape roadmaps and coordinate multi-team delivery.
• Own technical vision and architecture for Salesforce and AI-enabled platforms.
• Drive modern engineering practices, cloud-native architectures, and event-driven systems.
• Establish and scale DevOps, CI/CD, automation, and quality standards.
