Job summary

GSK Solutions Inc. seeks an NVIDIA Lead Engineer for a remote US position, guiding AI and Digital Twin initiatives across manufacturing and industrial automation. You will architect and deploy NVIDIA-based solutions, mentor engineers, and drive PoCs, pilots, and large-scale deployments.

Responsibilities include leading AI/ML, computer vision, and robotics development, integrating with SAP/MES/IoT/SCADA, and shaping governance and technical direction across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Robotics, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of software engineering/solution architecture experience.
• Hands-on experience with NVIDIA AI platforms and GPU-accelerated computing.
• Strong knowledge of AI/ML, Computer Vision, Python, C++, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial automation, or Industry 4.0 environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of AI, Physical AI, Robotics, Computer Vision, and Digital Twin solutions using the NVIDIA technology ecosystem.
• Architect and deploy solutions leveraging NVIDIA Omniverse, Isaac Sim, Metropolis, Jetson, CUDA, and AI Enterprise.
• Lead development of Physical AI, robotics, and computer vision applications.
• Design Digital Twin and simulation environments for industrial operations.
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise and manufacturing systems (SAP, MES, IoT, SCADA).
• Provide technical leadership, solution governance, and mentorship to engineering teams.
• Support customer engagements, PoCs, pilots, and enterprise-scale deployments.
