Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree preferred.
• Experience: 10+ years in healthcare ops, product management, and enterprise EHR (Epic).
• Expertise: Epic EHR workflows, value-based care, and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic partnership with healthcare delivery leadership to enable care models and reduce administrative burden.
• Drive cross-functional technology teams to translate clinical ideas into Epic-driven product roadmaps.
• Oversee end-to-end technology design, requirements, and architecture for clinical pathways.
• Ensure integration of external data sources with Epic workflows for real-time insights.
• Build and mentor a high-performing product team spanning product managers, analysts, engineers, data scientists, and designers.
